Earlier this month saw CSD attend site to replace some finger grip tiles. This was no ordinary job.
A common issue with pool ladders concerns the constant chipping and cracking of the tiles behind the ladder. Over time, the ladder’s constant impacting on the tiles leads to damage resulting in potential cutting hazards. This is where we step in to provide a long-term durable solution.
CSD provided a specially fabricated HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) tile. These tiles are extremely hard wearing and have become the solution of choice for many pool managers.
HDPE plastic tiles and panels can be used across a wide range of areas and can be completely customised to suit any requirement, from a tiled area together with ladder striker plates; this versatile and durable material certainly fits the bill.
Whilst onsite CSD also replaced some deck level expansion joints and left the area looking as good as new.
All work was completed on time and with minimal disruption and downtime for the client
